Singhvi (Secretary, Council of Advisors, Jamnalal Bajaj Foundation, Maharashtra) was the Chief Guest and awards were received by: Mr. Radhakrishna Bajaj (Constructive Work), Mr. Prabhakar Shankar Thakur (Application of Science & Technology for Rural Development), Dr. Sarojini Varadappan (Development & Welfare of Women and Children) and Ms. Marie Thoeger (Promoting Gandhian Values Outside India).
