The Jamnalal Bajaj Awards 2003 were held on 4th November, 2003 at 5:00 pm at Yashwantrao Chavan Centre, in Mumbai. Mr. Viren J. Shah (Hon'ble Governor, West Bengal) was the Chief Guest and awards were received by: Mr. Rabindra Nath Upadhyay (Constructive Work), Mr. Vinayak Patil (Application of Science & Technology for Rural Development), Ms. Alice Garg (Development & Welfare of Women and Children) and Dr. Mary Elizabeth King (Promoting Gandhian Values Outside India).
