The Jamnalal Bajaj Awards 1991 were held on 4th March, 1992 at 5:00 pm at Darbar Hall, Raj Bhavan, in Mumbai. Mr. C. Subramaniam (Hon'ble Governor of Maharashtra) was the Chief Guest and awards were received by: Mr. Dwarko Sundarani (Constructive Work), Mr. S.K. Mirmira (Application of Science & Technology for Rural Development), Ms. Radha Bhatt (Development & Welfare of Women and Children) and Mr. Charles Walker (Promoting Gandhian Values Outside India).
